Website Privacy Policy
What information this website collects, and how we use it.
This policy explains what information enneagonhealth.com collects and how it is used. It applies to this website only. Health information you share with us as a patient is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an appointment request, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email address, reason for visit, preferred location and how you plan to pay. Please do not include detailed medical information in website forms.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use appointment requests only to contact you and schedule care. Requests are delivered by email to our scheduling team; the website itself does not keep a copy. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and links to outside sites (such as Healthgrades, PubMed and Google Maps) are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please call our office for anything sensitive.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold from a website request, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below. This site is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date below shows when it last changed.
